Accreditation of ORT's Master's Degree in Education

On October 9, the Master’s in Education program offered by the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay was accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

The Master’s in Education, a two-year program, is offered by the Institute of Education, in academic partnership with the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The academic director of the program is Edith Litwin, Ph.D. in Education, director of the Institute for Educational Research at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires.

The master’s program is designed for graduates of teacher-training institutions and university professionals with teaching experience.

It brings together disciplines that showcase the current state of educational science through seminars and workshops focused on discussion and research.

The master's program culminates in a research/innovation thesis that makes an original contribution to the field of educational science.
