Results of the "Tell Me a Story" College Blogging Contest

The winning blog of the "Contate algo" University Blogging Contest, organized by the Observa website and ORT University, was /a>, written by Kristel Latecki and Ignacio Toledo—students in the Bachelor’s programs in Communication and Systems Engineering, respectively—along with Santiago Lassus. The team won a laptop and the opportunity to publish their blog on Observa for three months. Until March 8, the public could vote among the six blogs selected by the jury.

The jury members were Prof. Daniel Mazzone, a professor in the Communication program at ORT University; Juan José Norbis, Interactive Editor at Observa; and Jimena Abad, Editor at Observa. The jury highlighted the quantity and high quality of the entries, as well as the breadth of the topics covered.  In making their selection, they gave special consideration to the use of web tools, ideas and creativity, the potential for interaction, timeliness, expertise in the field, design quality, and communicability.

The six blogs selected in the first round were:
