Pablo Brenner, Engineer
Founder and CEO of Collokia, a startup dedicated to improving business collaboration using artificial intelligence (machine learning) technologies.
Previously, Mr. Brenner served as Vice President of Innovation at Globant, one of the world’s leading software development companies, where he also served as Country Manager in Uruguay, growing the local operation from 30 employees to more than 400.
Throughout his long career in technology, Mr. Brenner helped found Alvarion in Israel, where he led the team that developed the first Wi-Fi devices on the market, and contributed to the development of the Wi-Fi standard.
Mr. Brenner holds a degree (cum laude) in Computer Engineering from the Technion in Israel and is a graduate of the Executive Program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
José Clastornik, Engineer
Executive Director of Agesic, an agency under the Office of the President responsible for promoting the development of e-government and the information society in the country.
Uruguay ranks highly in these areas: it leads Latin American and Caribbean countries in all e-government indicators, ranks 14th globally in e-services and 3rd globally in e-participation, and has been the highest-ranked Latin American country in ICT development for six consecutive years.
Mr. Clastornik serves on various national and international boards, including those of regulatory bodies for personal data protection, access to public information, and electronic certification, as well as the Plan Ceibal Policy Commission and the ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee. He also chairs the Network of E-Government Authorities of Latin America and the Caribbean and the State Procurement and Contracting Agency, and served as president of the Digital Agenda for Latin America and the Caribbean from 2013 to mid-2015.
Before heading Agesic, he was a manager at HG (a subsidiary of the state-owned telecommunications company Antel) and held executive positions at multinational companies such as IBM.
Bruno Gili
Partner at CPA Ferrere and managing partner at CPA Innovation. He holds a Diploma in Advanced Studies from the University of Valencia, Spain.
Karina Santo, Engineer
Founding partner and director of GeneXus Consulting, K2B, and GXVision. She currently oversees the strategic direction of these companies. She has over 20 years of experience managing technology companies and a long-standing reputation as a thought leader in the GeneXus community.
Her experience in areas such as ERP systems, software architecture, business intelligence, SOA, BPM, application development methodologies and techniques, and project management led her to lead the R&D team that develops the innovative ideas underlying K2B.
