This event is a global initiative that brings together the Scratch community to share knowledge and learn from one another’s experiences. Scratch is a resource that enables people to learn and work with programming, and this event aims to introduce teachers and students to this technology and the skills it helps develop.
The theme chosen as the central theme for this year was Transportation and Communication. The schedule included various activities such as challenges, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at teachers and students.
In this context, Dr. Inés Kereki, a professor of Programming at the school, led a workshop for teachers on May 20, 2021, via Zoom. The goal of this workshop was to present simple activities related to the topic of transportation, suitable for different grade levels, and which included both basic and more advanced versions.
