On September 7, the seminar “Planning in Teaching” will begin. Organized by the Center for Continuing Education in Higher Education (CAES) at the Institute of Education of Universidad ORT Uruguay, the event is aimed at university faculty members.
The seminar will be taught by Prof. Mirtha Ricobaldi in two formats: in-person and online.
Dates:
- Group A (in-person) – September 7, 14, and 21, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Group B (online) - December 3–21.
The purpose of the course is to analyze different approaches to guiding lesson planning, taking into account theoretical, technical, and practical aspects.
Topics:
Unit 1. The university curriculum. Curricula and programs: their meaning and practice. Various approaches to organizing content.
Unit 2. Innovative perspectives on organizing content. Integration. Designing case studies and problems.
Unit 3. The classroom as a space for planning: criteria and practices.
Unit 4.Activity planning.
