Student proposals selected for the "Yo te banco" contest organized by Zona Diseño

Six proposals by students in the Bachelor of Industrial Design and Bachelor of Graphic Design programs were selected for the "Yo te banco" contest, organized by Zona Diseño. The jury, which selected 30 of the 50 proposals submitted, was composed of Architect Silvia González (Municipal Government of Montevideo), Architect José Alfredo Fontes (Faculty of Architecture, University of the Republic), and Mr. Alejandro Albertti (National Museum of Visual Arts).

The selected works are by students Alfonso Rosso and Santiago Maggiolli; Sofía Donner; Carla del Pup; Cecilia Mascheroni and Pedro Baldriz; Lucía Aguirregaray; and José Segundo. On September 17, the proposed installation was carried out on public benches located throughout the Zona Diseño area.
