Interview with Juan Carro Casabó, visiting professor at the Graduate School of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at Universidad ORT Uruguay.

Carro Casabó is a professor in the graduate programs in human resources. During his visit in April 2015, he is leading the workshop on Difficult Conversations.

The professor holds a Master’s degree in Human Potential Development with a specialization in Organizations from the Instituto Desafío Celaya A.C. in Mexico. He also holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering with a focus on Food Processing from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Querétaro Campus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Autonomous University of Querétaro in Mexico.

He is a facilitator for training programs on creativity, personal development, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and nonviolent conflict resolution.
