The peer-reviewed publication was included in the European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences (ERIH PLUS), a European index of academic journals that evaluates the quality and relevance of research.
The aim of this publication is to bring together academic articles by renowned professionals from Uruguay and the region who, adopting a broad conceptual, temporal, and geographical perspective, present research in which architectural theory, criticism, and history play a central role. The content is specifically intended for researchers, faculty, and students across all fields of the architectural discipline.
Articles are first selected by the editorial team and then reviewed through a double-blind peer-review process involving external reviewers.
*Anales de Investigación en Arquitectura* follows an open-access policy, is published in Spanish, and accepts articles in both English and Spanish. Authors are not charged any fees for the processing and submission of their articles. It is published biannually and is available in digital format.
