The Mercosur Hub is an initiative of the University of Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle, in collaboration with IHEAL (Institut des Hautes Études de l'Amérique Latine), UTM (Université de Toulouse - Le Mirail), IPEALT (Institut Pluridisciplinaire pour les Études sur l'Amérique Latine à Toulouse), and the University of Paris Vincennes - Saint-Denis.
It will operate in the field of urban and regional policy in Mercosur countries, offering its insights and recommendations to various sectors of society—particularly political parties—so that they may consider them in their respective agendas.
