On December 13, 2023, the Cinemateca hosted a screening of short films created by students as part of the Fantasy Film Workshop organized by ACAU (Uruguayan Film and Audiovisual Agency) and BIFFF (Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival).
The short film *In the Cards*, by Mariana Gesto, a senior student in the Audiovisual Production program, was one of the works on display. *In the Cards* was one of three short films selected in October 2023 to participate in the Fantasy Film Workshop organized by ACAU and BIFFF.
