This article and final project for the Telecommunications Engineering degree program was supervised by Fernando Fontán, M.Eng., and will be presented at the Third Ibero-American Telematics Congress (CITA 2003), to be held October 29–31, 2003, in Montevideo.
The conference is organized by the Ibero-American Program for Science and Technology for Development and the School of Engineering at the University of the Republic.
