As part of a series of interviews with experts in online education, Dr. Denise Vaillant—academic secretary of the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguayinterviewed Dr. Carlos Marcelo—professor of Pedagogy and Educational Organization at the Faculty of Education Sciences at the University of Seville.
