The Ingenio Business Incubator Comes to Paysandú

On November 4, 2003, the Ingenio office—a LATU-ORT incubator—was inaugurated at the CTC Paysandú headquarters.

The inauguration was attended by the mayor of Paysandú, Álvaro Lamas; the president of LATU, Ruperto Long; and the dean of Academic Development at ORT, Julio Fernández.
