Dr. Denise Vaillant, Academic Secretary of the Institute of Education, was appointed in July 2017 by UNESCO as a member of the jury for the fifth edition of the UNESCO-Hamdan bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Prize for Outstanding Practice and Performance in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Teachers.
This award, which aims to improve the quality of the education system, is presented every two years and recognizes initiatives that contribute to the improvement of educational practices.
From January 13 to 17, 2018, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), the five international members of the jury will meet to review the applications received.
