The New Challenges of Development Cooperation

Dr. Teresa Ribeiro, Portugal’s Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, discussed the challenges of development cooperation at the conference “The New Challenges of Development Cooperation.” The event took place on Monday, April 25, 2016, and was organized by the academic coordinators of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, as part of Portugal Week in Uruguay.

Ribeiro holds a degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lisbon, a certificate from Harvard University’s J.F. Kennedy School, and has served as president and secretary in various European organizations.
