On Friday, August 30, the rector Universidad ORT Uruguay, Dr. Jorge Grünberg, gave a lecture on "The Uruguayan University System" at the Center for Advanced National Studies (CALEN).
The audience consisted of professionals and senior military personnel from the Uruguayan Army and Navy.
