Coursera is the world's largest online course platform, with over 18 million students, 1,800 courses, and 140 partner institutions.
March 9 marked the one-year anniversary of the launch on Coursera of the free online course in Spanish and English, titled ¡A Programar! and ¡Code yourself! respectively , developed jointly by the University of Edinburgh and Universidad ORT Uruguay. To date, more than 135,000 students from 197 countries have registered for both versions.
