Hofman holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management from the University of San Andrés. He is the director of the Master’s Program in Technology and Telecommunications Services Management at the University of San Andrés. He is also the director of the Postgraduate Program in Telecommunications Management at the University of San Andrés. He is a professor of Operations and Technology at the University of San Andrés.
