The conference took place from November 3 to 5 at the School of Computer Science at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).
The papers presented were:
- Change management supported by formal time and effort estimation models, conducted in collaboration with Dr. Juan Carlos Nogueira (Universidad ORT Uruguay) and Dr. Javier Segovia (UPM);
- An empirical validation of automatable models for very early estimation in management system development projects, developed by the authors and Julio C. Fernández, an engineer at ORT.
