Three systems engineering projects were recognized by the National Academy of Engineering

Three projects from the School of Engineering were recognized in the National Academy of Engineering’s Annual Undergraduate Project Competition: two received awards and one received an honorable mention, all in the field of Systems Engineering.

On December 2, the awards ceremony was held during the annual event organized by the National Academy of Engineering at the Antel Tower.

The project“Efficient Probabilistic Model Learning Techniques for Application to the Verification of Large Language Models,conducted by Johny Kidd under the supervision of Sergio Yovine, was awarded a prize in this year’s competition.

First place in the national engineering competition

The project“Dynamic Creative Optimization for AdTech,carried out by Santiago Díaz Hugo, Agustina Disiot Mendizábal, and Iván Rodrigo Monjardín López under the guidance of Darío Macchi, was also recognized.

First-place award in the systems category

The project“Conversational MLOps: A Conversational Assistant for Deploying Models in Production,by Joaquín Márquez, Nicolás Rosa, Francisco Rossi, and Martín Schoenig, under the supervision of Gerardo Quintana, received an Honorable Mention.
