Triánima Studio, a studio founded by graduates, has launched a new game with support from the Competitive Grants for Culture.
Love at First Bite

Triánima Studio is a Uruguayan production company specializing in custom audiovisual and graphic solutions, led by María Florencia Guerra, Georgine Herbig, and Natasha Katz, all graduates of the Bachelor’s program in Animation and Video Games. Both Guerra and Herbig are currently on the faculty of the Bachelor’s program in Animation and Video Games.

In the Ministry of Education and Culture’s 2021 Competitive Grants for Culture, in the Video Games category, they were awarded a grant of 250,000 pesos.

"Love at First Bite " is a visual novel with a touch of vampires, Montevideo, and humor.

The player controls the story's protagonist: a human who wants to become a vampire, whose gender and name can be chosen freely. Surrounded by potential love interests—the sensual vampires—the player chooses their favorite to win over, and the game begins. The gameplay experience focuses on narrative, decision-making, and exploring the relationship with each potential love interest. With every interaction, the player steers the game toward a “good” or “bad” ending. Each ending has special reward image.
