On December 11, 2003, Dr. Gastón Labadie, Dean of the School of Management and Social Sciences, participated as a panelist in the seminar’s “Social Reforms” session.
For his part, Isidoro Hodara, the academic coordinator of the Graduate Program in International Studies, participated in the panel discussion titled "Trade and Integration."
The seminar was held at the Central Bank of Uruguay and organized by the World Bank through Alex van Trotsenburg, Director of the Regional Office for Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
