On August 2, the finalists for the 4th Vero De Design Competition, organized by Veromobili Brasil, were announced. Out of 97 entries, five finalists were selected: three from Brazil and two from Uruguay.
The projects selected by Uruguay were created by a recent graduate and an upper-level student in the Bachelor of Industrial Design program at Universidad ORT Uruguay:
- NECTO Line– Clarisa Bielawski, B.A. in Industrial Design
- HUS Furniture –Senior Student Florencia Calo Delgado
