On June 29, the President of the Private University of Santa Cruz, Bolivia (UPSA), Laura Müller, and the Secretary General of that institution, Roberto Antelo, visited the university. They were welcomed by the Rector, Dr. Jorge Grünberg; the Dean of Academic Development, Julio Fernández; the Deans of the Faculties of Administration and Social Sciences, Engineering, and Communication and Design—Dr. Gaston Labadie, Mario Fernández, and Eduardo Hipogrosso, respectively; the Coordinator of Institutional Relations, Héctor Laca, and the Coordinator of Student Exchange, Miriam Kemna.
