Dr. Celia Rosemberg, assistant professor of Educational Research and Statistics at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a member of the Academic Committee for the Doctor of Education program at Universidad ORT Uruguay, led the 5th Permanent Thesis Workshop forthe Doctor of Education program on February 26 and 27, 2018.
Rosemberg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is the director of the Interdisciplinary Center for Research in Mathematical and Experimental Psychology (CIIPME). She is a researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET).
