The talk will take place on Wednesday, October 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the Auditorium of the School of Engineering at Universidad ORT Uruguay Cuareim 1451).
This seminar will discuss the integration of data and metadata in development systems. It will introduce new metrics and measures that help identify potential weaknesses in the software development process.
It will demonstrate how to integrate seemingly disparate systems to gain a deeper understanding of how the development process works and how this information can be communicated to team members and the business.
The lecture will be delivered in English by Donald Belcham, a software developer and expert in agile development from Canada. As an independent contractor, Belcham provides team leadership, architecture, mentoring, and training services covering many aspects and technologies of the software development lifecycle.
He is also the author of the book*Brownfield Application Development in .NET*(Manning Press, 2009) and actively shares his expertise with other professionals at user groups, code camps, and conferences around the world. His passion for software development has led him to be named a Microsoft MVP in C# since 2007 and to become a partner with JetBrains and PostSharp.
