ORT University won the championship at the "9th Mercosur University Cup"

The women's futsal and handball teams were crowned champions of the "9th Mercosur University Cup," organized by the Catholic University, which took place from September 18 to 20. With these results, ORT University was awarded the tournament's overall championship trophy, which also included volleyball and soccer.

The following institutions participated in this competition: Blas Pascal University (Argentina), Tres Arroyos University (Argentina), University of the Republic, Catholic University, University of Montevideo, ORT University, and the Young Men's Christian Association University Institute.
