Article by the coordinator was recognized at the “3rd Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy Conference”

The research article “Complaints Management in the Banking Industry” (abstract), co-authored by Nicolás Gambetta, CPA, Academic Coordinator of the Graduate Programs in Accounting and Taxation at the School of Business and Social Sciences, received the “Best Paper Award” at the “3rd Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy (GIKA) Conference,” held July 7–9, 2014, in Valencia, Spain. The event was organized by the University of Valencia and the Catholic University of Valencia.
The article was co-authored by:
- Dr. María Antonia García Benau, Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Valencia.
- Dr. Ana Zorio Grima, Associate Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Valencia.
