The Universidad ORT Uruguay futsal team Universidad ORT Uruguay crowned champion of the Metropolitan Tournament

On December 12, the futsal team was crowned champion of the 2004 Metropolitan Tournament, organized by the Uruguayan Futsal Federation.

The tournament featured teams from Universidad ORT Uruguay, Club Social La Paz, Club Marash, and Club San Lorenzo.

Winning the championship earned the team a spot in the 2005 Uruguayan Indoor Soccer Championship.
