The coordinator earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Valencia

Nicolás Gambetta, academic coordinator of the Graduate Programs in Accounting and Taxation at the School of Business and Social Sciences, earned his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Valencia, Spain, in March 2016, with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude.
The thesis advisors for the thesis titled *Risk Management in the Banking Industry* wereDr. María Antonia Garcia-Benau, full professor, and Dr. Ana Zorio-Grima, associate professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Valencia.

The examining committee consisted of Dr. Isabel Martínez-Conesa, associate professor in the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Murcia; Dr. Vicente Montesinos, lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the University of Valencia; and Dr. Jorge Tua, professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
