Conference: "Design: The Current State of the Profession and Alternative Strategies"

On May 13, the lecture "Design: The Current State of the Profession and Alternative Strategies" was held in the Auditorium of the School of Communication and Design. The lecture was presented by Roxana Garbarini, Ph.D., Assistant Professor in the Industrial Design III Department at the School of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. The event was organized by the Academic Coordination of Industrial Design.

Garbarini holds a degree in Industrial Design from the National University of La Plata and a Master’s degree in Local Development from the National University of San Martín and the Autonomous University of Madrid.

The lecture aimed to analyze current changes and the network of design transfers by exploring the concept of scale.
