ORT is opening its first internal call for applications, for undergraduate students, from March 19 to April 11, 2024. The exchange program, meanwhile, must take place during thefirst semester of 2025 (Spring 2025).
Among its benefits, the scholarship includes an economy-class airline ticket, a monthly stipend of $800, and exemption from tuition fees at the host university, as well as at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
Requirements
- Meet the standard program requirements for enrolment in the regular exchange program. These can be obtained from the academic coordinator.
- Comply with the standard requirements for student exchanges and Erasmus+ ICM mobility programs. This includes paying the ORT exchange fee.
- Not be in the final semester of the degree program at the time of the exchange.
- Not having previously participated in the ORT exchange program.
- Have an outstanding grade point average (GPA of 85 or higher).
- Meet the requirements for submitting the online application form, proof of enrollment, a letter of motivation, a resume, and proof of English proficiency.
- If you are a recipient of any type of ORT scholarship, please mention this in your statement of purpose.
