The orientation week for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program took place from April 15 to 18, 2013. Its main objective was to help students acclimate to and integrate into the university, its rules, and its values.
The program also sought to foster commitment and accountability toward the curriculum and the institution, help students gain an early understanding of the institution’s expectations regarding their behavior and performance, and introduce them to teaching methods such as student-centered learning and the case method.
The prospective MBA students were welcomed by university officials and, over the course of the week, participated in various activities covering a range of topics, from how to use the school’s resources and the entrepreneurial mindset to an introduction to teaching methodologies, the importance of studying business administration, and, finally, a welcome reception.
