Álvaro Pereira Ramela, a graduate of the Bachelor of Economics program, won third prize in the 2018 edition of the Acadeco Awards (National Academy of Economics) for Young Economists for his paper “Agriculture in Uruguay: Possible Futures.”
The awards ceremony was held on November 7, 2018, at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Montevideo.
