On the one hand, on November 12, 2003, ORT delegates signed an agreement with the Uruguayan Institute of Technical Standards (UNIT) with the aim of promoting the vision of design as a driver of business.
In addition, on November 18, 2003, the School of Design signed a similar agreement with the textile company Dancotex.
Both agreements include the creation of internships, the organization of panels, the hosting of conferences and technical seminars, and the development of research projects.
