ViperMed Signs Partnership Agreement with the British Medical Journal

June 29, 2015
The ViperMed platform, created by Ignacio Oliveri, a graduate with a bachelor's degree in computer science, has reached an agreement with the British Medical Journal (BMJ), one of the world's leading providers of health information.

In an interview with El Observador TV, Oliveri stated that “the BMJ is one of the three most important medical institutions in the world.”

The partnership, signed in May 2015, enables the company to make its educational content available in more than 21 Spanish-speaking countries, providing thousands of patients with educational programs on more than 200 medical conditions.

During the interview, he explains that BMJ “serves four continents and has doctors dedicated to creating content based on clinical experience.”

“What we do is turn that information into audiovisual content to make it easier to understand. We also adapt it to the country where it will be used,” he adds.
