Shoah: The Human Condition and Memory - training course for teachers (2020)

This ninth edition of the course aims to introduce educators to key aspects of teaching about the Holocaust and related concepts: human rights, genocide, and remembrance.

Designated as being of Ministerial Interest by the Ministry of Education and Culture pursuant to Resolution No. 0637/020, and as being of Educational Interest by the Secondary Education Council.

This is a free course with limited enrollment. A certificate of attendance is awarded to students who attend at least 75% of the classes.

Classes will be held via Zoom.

    , Gustavo Perednik. A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (cum laude), he completed his Ph.D. in Philosophy in New York. He studied the humanities at the universities of La Sorbonne (France), San Marcos (Peru), and Uppsala (Sweden). He was recognized as an outstanding professor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
