• "Lenses Through Which to Analyze the Current State of Education"

  On February 28, the symposium “Perspectives on the Current State of Education” was held at the ORT Centro Auditorium. The event was moderated by María Inés Vázquez, M.A., Academic Coordinator of Educational Management. Presentations were given by Miguel Álvarez, M.A., Daniel Minicelli, M.A., and Marcelo Martínez, Ph.D.
• Course on "Web Engineering" as part of the Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at UPM - ORT University

  As part of the Doctoral Program in Computer Engineering offered by the Polytechnic University of Madrid and ORT University, the course "Web Engineering: Evaluation and Analysis of Applications—Framework for Quality Measurement and Evaluation: Their Applicability," led by Dr. Luis Olsina, Coordinator of the Software Engineering Research and Development Group (GIDIS) at the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of La Pampa (UNLPam).
• Graduate Degree Ceremony at the Institute of Education
  Feb. 28, 2008
  On February 28, the graduation ceremony for the Institute of Education’s graduate programs was held at the ORT Pocitos Auditorium. Thirteen students graduated with the Diploma in Educational Planning and Management, 16 with the Diploma in Education, and 13 with the Master’s in Education. Dr. Miguel Bresciano, Director of Student Affairs, served as the master of ceremonies.
• Teachers received an award from the Prince Claus Fund
  Feb. 1, 2008
  The play "El monólogo del hombre solo," written by Ana Solari, a student council member and professor at the School of Communication, in collaboration with actor Augusto Mazzarelli, received a grant from the Prince Claus Fund to complete the script and stage the play. The Prince Claus Fund is a Dutch institution that sponsors and provides financial support for various cultural projects.
