  Two papers submitted by the Pocitos Library of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at Universidad ORT Uruguay accepted for the 6th Ibero-American Library Workshop.

  On April 10, Universidad ORT Uruguay opening of graphic designer Gabriel Erosa’s exhibition took place at the Universidad ORT Uruguay School of Design in Universidad ORT Uruguay .

  On April 30, a lecture was held at the School of Architecture on the latest projects developed by the Mexican firm Pascal Arquitectos, presented by architect Carlos Pascal.
• Presentation of a magazine produced at ORT at the Montevideo Comics Festival

  On April 26, the School of Communication and Design presented the magazine *Pulso Comics* at the 2nd edition of Montevideo Comics, which took place on April 26 and 27 at the Pachamama Cultural Center.

  The paper has been accepted for presentation at the "International Conference on Computers and Advanced Technology in Education (CATE 2003)," which will take place from June 30 to July 2 in Greece.
• A Microsoft Corporation executive visits Universidad ORT Uruguay in Universidad ORT Uruguay

  Michael Culver, global program manager for the .NET Group at Microsoft Corporation, met with representatives from ORT and executives from Microsoft Uruguay at the School of Engineering.

• Software Lab Director Invited to Participate in Chilean Workshop
