April 30, 2015The article "Soft Skills in Scrum Teams: A Survey of the Most Valued Skills Among Product Owners and Scrum Masters," authored by faculty members and students from the School of Engineering, was accepted in April 2015 for presentation at the 27th International Conference on Software Engineering and Knowledge Engineering (SEKE 2015), organized by the Knowledge Systems Institute, International Center of Scientific Research. The conference will take place from July 6 to 8, 2015, in Pittsburgh, United States.

April 28, 2015On April 22, 2015, the General Secretariat of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI), as part of the Latin America–Asia-Pacific Observatory, presented the book *Essay Contest* at its headquarters - Economic and Trade Relations between Latin America and the Asia-Pacific, which includes the essay “Trade Effects of the Chile-China FTA: A Step Toward Trade Liberalization or a Stumbling Block?” by Sebastián Gabay and Alan Mai, students in the Bachelor’s Program in International Studies.

The workshop was led by Alejandro Banzas and Gonzalo García, Technical Specialists at Microsoft Argentina and Microsoft Uruguay, respectively. The event was organized by Microsoft Uruguay and Universidad ORT Uruguay.
