April 29, 2016Ana Darracq, a student in the Bachelor of Fashion Design program, received a Special Mention at the tenth edition of Lúmina, a competition organized by Punta Carretas Shopping. On April 27, 2016, the winners were announced during a final fashion show featuring the finalists’ collections, which took place at the Sodre Auditorium. Darracq was awarded two tickets to New York.

The speaker will discuss the challenges of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) with an interdisciplinary approach in an environmental context.

The exhibition features the winning entries from a preliminary design ideas competition held during the academic year, focusing on architectural solutions for a cultural center and a shopping mall.

The Portuguese business leaders will share their experience and perspective on Uruguay as an investment destination.
