• A company founded by female graduates was selected as a finalist in the 2009 Cartier Women's Initiative Awards

  The business plan for the web design agency "PRO Internacional," submitted by Magdalena Rodríguez, a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, and Rosario Monteverde, a graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering, was selected as one of the 15 finalists in the 2009 Cartier Women's Initiative Awards competition.  
• Exhibition of award-winning works from the "Ephemeral Structures, Art in the Park" competition organized by the School of Architecture

  From July 9 to 20, an exhibition of the winning entries from the “Ephemeral Structures, Art in the Park” competition was on display in the central hall of the School of Architecture as part of the 2009 Design Seminar. The event was organized by the Project 1 course in the Architecture program. The winners were Dominique Iojes, Bruno Podestá, and Carolina Pou (1st prize); Camila Meschino and Silvana Modena (2nd prize); and Sofía Durán, Natalie Plada, and Mariana Salvarrey (3rd prize).
