• ORT graduates and their graphic design studio were the top exporters in 2019

  The Ameba studio, founded by ORT graphic design graduates Lucía Martínez and Fabricio D’Agata, along with graphic designer Miguel Vallvé, was recognized by the Union of Exporters of Uruguay for its achievements as a service exporter.

• A graduate received the award for Best Master's Thesis in Engineering on behalf of ORT

  In addition, the Scientific Council of the Mathematics Division of PEDECIBA decided to award the 2019 Prize for Best Master’s Thesis in Mathematics to Diego Goldsztajn, who holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
• Student projects honored by the National Academy of Engineering

  Three final projects from the Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering programs won first prize in the Academy’s Final Projects and Graduate Thesis Competition.
