  Dr. Denise Vaillant, academic secretary of the Institute of Education, was promoted to Level III in the National System of Researchers (SNI) of the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) in February 2019.

  The Municipality of Punta del Este and the organizers of the 16th Punta del Este Jewish Film Festival honored Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg, president of Universidad ORT Uruguay, with a plaque of recognition “in appreciation of her ongoing work, commitment, and dedication to the education and promotion of Jewish culture in Uruguay.”
