The conference was held in the conference rooms of the Montevideo City Hall.
On August 18, Dr. Juan Carlos Nogueira, director of the Information Systems Department at ORT’s School of Engineering, delivered a lecture titled“Budget Planning in Times of Crisis.”
In addition, on August 19, Amalia Álvarez, a professor of Software Engineering and Management, gave a lecture titled "ISO 9000:2000 for Software: New ISO/IEC 90003:2004 Guide."
